While I am a Helping Professional, I do believe in the human connection and will work with you to embrace all aspects of yourself. Despite challenges, no matter how difficult; it is my belief that we all possess, the ability to empower ourselves and regain control over our lives.
It is important to be patient with yourself as you work toward your healing. Celebrate every step forward and learn from every step you may take back. Sharlene’s ability to listen has allowed me to bring a voice to my truest self. She can ask questions that puts things in a different perspective which creates space and ease in my thoughts. I’ve been able to navigate huge challenges in my life with grace, and found resolve much faster and with less stress with the help of her expertise. I’m grateful beyond measure for her guidance and for who I’ve become as a person in my time with her.

I really like Sharlene! She makes me feel really comfortable when sharing things and I don’t feel like I’m going to be judge like I have felt with other therapists. She makes our sessions a safe space. Sharlene makes me really think about things which I really like as well. She really is amazing!
