About Me

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Arizona, who has over 10 years experience in treating patients and clinicians with depression and anxiety. I also understand the stress of being a person of color living in a difficult world. I am also a registered yoga and mindfulness teacher which allows me to combine evidenced-based treatment and holistic practices to reduce symptoms and increase well-being.
If you are a healthcare worker who is struggling to find the balance between caring for your clients and yourself, please know that there is help. This year has been extraordinarily difficult for healthcare workers and yet there has been little to no emotional support. It is OK to set aside time for yourself in a holistic and supportive manner.
Everyone needs non-judgmental support and practical skills to deal with life stressors. It is my hope that you will reach out for that support because I am here to help.

She is incredibly understanding and listens to you. She tells you what you need to know, even if it something that you don't want to hear. She gives it to you kindly, and supports you well.
