I am so grateful that Ms Sharon is my therapist. She is kind and attentive. She lets you set the pace which is nice. I appreciate that she always checks if I’m happy to discuss something further with questions that don’t feel intrusive. Her advice and recommendations have helped me more times than I can count. I definitely believe that she has been a key person in the improvement of my mental health.

Sharon has been a fantastic councillor. I have never opened up to anyone about the problems which I’ve discussed with her. She listens and really hears you and is particularly good with helping me come to terms with my trauma. My sessions with her have fundamentally changed me and they way I deal with my trauma and I am extremely greatful.

I’m happy to have an attentive listener and counselor as a trusted part of my personal development. Having a different perspective and someone to check in with and express myself freely to has been a great source of growth for me. Even more important are the questions and ideas that Sharon offers as she hears me out and attempts to help me become aware of my best self and encourages me to set that part of me free. I would definitely recommend Sharon to one in need.
