Sharon makes me feel heard & safe - two feelings that are rare in most of my other social interactions.

She is patient with me & helps me work through things at my pace, I definitely have a better relationship with myself & can see some of my personal relationships improving since I started having sessions with Sharon.

Thanks Sharon, I’m lucky to have you as a therapist!

Sharon has been a fantastic councillor. I have never opened up to anyone about the problems which I’ve discussed with her. She listens and really hears you and is particularly good with helping me come to terms with my trauma. My sessions with her have fundamentally changed me and they way I deal with my trauma and I am extremely greatful.
