My specialties include depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, grief counseling, adjustment disorder, anger management, self-esteem, relationship issues, stress-related issues, abuse, gender identity, and substance abuse issues.

My goal is to work in collaboration with clients to resolve their issues through an approach that intertwines humanistic and psychodynamic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Grief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
