Dr. Myers is always prompt and helpful. After several therapists I’ve used already, she’s still the one I speak to when I can.

Our 1st session made me realize that therapy is mental healthcare, why did I wait so long, she understood where I was mentally and emotionally very quickly and I felt comfortable sharing and talking about my stuff, she made me feel at ease, safe ….yes it was a safe space …how she did that with me I have no idea but it works and I can’t wait for my next session

I have been seeing Dr. Myers for just over a year dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, ADHD and just overall life adjustments. Considering all that I have experienced in the last two years, I would consider myself to be doing fairly well and that is largely in part to working with Dr. Myers. She is so kind and knowledgeable. I look forward to each session.

I’ve only had one session with Dr. Myers but it was one of the best therapy sessions I’ve ever had. She listened and asked thoughtful questions. I felt very comfortable and it was easy to talk to her. I would highly recommend Dr. Myers

Only two sessions in, and I feel immediately comfortable with opening up to her. She listens well and knows the right questions to ask to get your gears turning. She listens with intent and is very empathetic in her responses and solutions.
I'm excited for what is to come, working alongside her in the future.
