About me

Difficult feelings can be a gateway for personal growth. Many individuals struggle with depression and anxiety, trauma, problems in relationships, work-related conflicts, or simply put, that feeling that something just isn't right. My goal will be to help you gain awareness of and explore those difficult thoughts, feelings, and past experiences which prevent you from being comfortable with who you are, what you want, and the kinds of relationships that you want to have with others.

For over 15 years I have worked with individuals, couples, and families to improve their relationships and overcome their stumbling blocks to achieve a more fulfilling life. I have dedicated myself to empowering others to live a life worth living and combine empathy and understanding to promote emotional healing. My personal style is said to be down-to-earth, genuine, and authentic, while my therapeutic style is integrative. I see each person as unique, with varying needs. My theoretical style is cognitive-behavioral, and interpersonal based. I use a variety of therapy strategies to reduce anxiety, calm worrisome or negative thoughts, and help manage mood swings, current life stressors, or relationship problems.

I look forward to helping you along your journey!
