About me

I am dually licensed therapist in Colorado (LPC, CACII) with over 17-years of professional work experience amounting to more than 10,000 sessions facilitated. I have experience in helping clients with a wide variety of backgrounds and symptoms, including depression, stress and anxiety, addictive/compulsive behaviors, trauma and abuse, and grief and loss. Over the course of my personal and professional therapeutic journey I came to realize that there is often nothing more challenging or rewarding than a deep therapeutic pursuit, and that having someone who can assist you in that process is often necessary and invaluable. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage; good for you for taking the step to get started!

Shawn has been exactly what I’ve needed so far. He seems very flexible and able to tackle anything, and he helps keep the sessions focused.
