After the last session, it helped me so much that I was able to relax. My heart rate has come down & the affirmations/breathing really seem to help. In fact, I used them tonight after a stressful text message exchange with my ex-husband. Thank you Dr. Reese for listening & helping, I truly appreciate it!

Coming into therapy is very hard for most people to do. It is something that I’ve struggled keeping up with. Even though we have only spoken twice Dr. Reese has done everything to make me feel comfortable, heard, and not judged. I am now confident in coming into a session and know that I can speak freely.
