About me
Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have been practicing counseling for 4 years and I have worked with survivors dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Experience in this field includes adults with Intellectual disabilities, teenagers in Juvenile Detention Center, refugees, and clinical work with adults and children. The best way to describe my counseling style is understanding, respectful, kind, and compassionate. I am also an empathic listener and try to truly understand what it is like to be in your shoes. My goal is for my clients to feel welcome, safe, judge-free, and have no filter.
My counseling approach combines Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific goals. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
