Shealin has been so helpful so far. What I really like about her approach is that she doesn't make any snap conclusions and give you some direction to unfold what may be the core of what is going on. She validates my thoughts and feelings which I have found very encourging. Having a thoughtful and warm person tell me that what I am feeling is normal has helped me open up even more and I feel we are now making some great progress.

I started therapy with Shaelin during a very hard time for me. I can say Shaelin has helped me a lot. I've never felt judged or pushed to make any desition, instead helping me to reach my own at my own pace and giving me tools to deal with situations better. I have noticed the change in me and so have others. I'm in a better place now
