Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sheila Bridges-Howard. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I was only able to do 2 sessions with Ms. Sheila and she was great for anyone needing a therapist. She helped frame my issues from a different point of view and gave me a coping technique that will help me stay on a positive path. She uses religion to help guide her sessions which was fine for me, but may not be for others. Overall, I would recommend her with no reservations
