About me

I am licensed in Missouri with 3 years of professional therapy experience as well as 20 years within the social work, mental health, and the medical fields. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, mood disorders, depression, and the physiological affect mental health has on our bodies. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I pride myself in looking at people as a whole as well as their parts. You can expect empathy, honesty, humor, and most likely random movie quotes during our sessions. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique, specific needs and view our interactions as a partnership. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I commend you for taking this important step!
