About me
I enjoy helping my clients find a new perspective for themselves; the moment they realize that they can make better choices for themselves or that things are not as bad they seem.
My role is to be an empathetic listener, to build trust and rapport, provide a safe environment for intimately private information to be disclosed, and begin the process of healing. I believe the client has the answers; all they have to do is be still and listen for these answers.
I use various techniques in my practice to help build trust and rapport with my clients. Such techniques employed include, but are not limited to empathetic listening, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused theory.
