About me
My name is Sheri Jordan. I have been working as a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist for the past 8 years. I have worked in multiple settings including residential treatment, outpatient clinics, and a small private practice. I enjoy working with adults and older children and teens. I enjoy supporting my client's through life changes and stressors. I have experience in helping people with many concerns including Depression, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, family conflict.
When I am supporting my clients I use many different modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and mindfulness based skills building. I enjoy helping people to enhance their own mental health and overall well being. I believe that when someone has the chance to share their story and feel accepted and supported, that it can make a big difference in how a person improves their own mental health. I am excited to work with and meet new clients!
