About me

Hello and welcome! My name is Sheri Warden-Harmon and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I hold a Master's degree in Professional Counseling. I am currently licensed in South Carolina as a LPC and in Florida as a LMHC. I would be happy to get to know you and explore some of the things that inspire you and challenge you.

Over the past 10 years, I have gained experience in several different fields of counseling. I am a proponent of existential, family therapy, person-centered, solution focused and cognitive behavioral therapy methodologies. We will be able to tailor an individualized approach that works for you! I am ready to guide you in developing evidence-based skills and techniques to process traumatic experiences, strengthen and build coping skills, foster personal growth, and gain sustainable healthy relationships.

At times individuals just need a safe emotional release and I can provide that for you as well. I am here to listen and provide support for you. I was inspired to work in the field following my own journey with struggles, grief and healing, and I believe this has improved my therapeutic skills as a result. I believe the best counselors have also received counseling, and I have participated in counseling through the years. Counseling is a great way to promote self care and growth! This becomes especially important with most clients, as they seek someone who can relate to and understand certain struggles from their own experiences. You are not alone and we can do this together!

She’s super helpful and knowledgeable. She gives me the tools I need to help work through things or is just there to listen.

I'm so happy to have connected with Sheri. Finding the right person can always be difficult and my first experiences with BetterHelp were not great right away, but Sheri has been a breath of fresh air. It was important for me to be able to have an easy give and take with a person and feel like they were truly listening to me and willing to put in the work to really understand my circumstances, my history, and the things that I'm hoping to achieve in my life. I have found all of that in Sheri. I'm extremely grateful and happy to have found what I was looking for!
