She is kind and patient, I appreciate her so much

Sherita is a beautiful beautiful soul. And she has helped me get through one of the hardest times of my life so far. She’s been my shoulder to cry on, and listened to me patiently and advised me in the best way possible. She also has the banter one needs to keep a relationship going such as this one, between therapist and client. But Sherita although professional, i consider more like a friend than a therapist. Which is extremely important. And makes one more willing to open up. She constantly reassures me and is always talking about how if she makes me smile in our session, she is happy. And we always talk about how our sessions go by way too quickly. But the amount I have learnt with Sherita. And the hard truths I have had to accept and face, I most definitely could not have done without her.

Sherita is a lovely therapist. She picks up on details that most people in the profession might miss — I have a very peculiar sense of humor and she’s quite responsive to that and can read my tone and even what I’m not saying. She gives me practical advice as well which I appreciate and I feel like we are in the same page whenever I talk about my goals when it comes to therapy.
