About me

I am licensed professional counseling in the state of Georgia. I have over 10 years of experience working with various populations. I have worked with children as a case manager, families and couples in therapy, Geriatrics suffering from depression and developmental disabilities and individuals suffering from substance abuse, mental health issues, grief and loss.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating the whole individual. I am open and honest when it comes to clients and families. I do not attach labels and I am sensitive and compassionate to the needs of the person. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy. I also use homework and other resources to go along with my therapy sessions. But understand that everything that is done in therapy is tailored to individual needs.

It takes courage to make changes in your life. However for every small change, there is an even bigger and better result. If you are ready to take that step, I will be here to support you in every way possible. My hours are Monday - Friday from 9am-4:30pm. I try to be as flexible as possible!!

I look forward to working with you!
