She really listens to me and her humor helps to put a smile on my face when I’m feeling down. I feel like I’m able to uncover my problems in a healthy way and work through them properly.

Sherrell has helped me to stay focused on the problem I want to clarify. I like that she uses humor to address issues and I can feel comfortable saying anything.

While Sherrell did not offer video sessions with me, I could tell she extremely good at listening, just like a phone call, and that's all I needed in the end. I also thought I need someone with a Chinese background, but Sherrell showed me that wasn't what I needed by helping me work on my issues with her approach. I am very grateful and lucky that Sherrell went through similar traumatic experiences with me such that she was able to fully empathize with me and offer her solutions in a similar way she dealt them with. I think that strengthened our bond even more in a matter of luck kind of way but I am truly thankful we were paired up.
