Hi, my name is Sherri. I have 25 years experience as a therapist. I believe that we are all doing the best we can given our current circumstances. I work hard to provide a safe environment for people to feel free to share what they are experiencing without concern of judgment and/or shame. I consider it an honor when people choose to share their stories with me and I do not take this responsibility lightly. I am a person-centered clinician, meaning I see each person as a unique individual and do not provide therapy based only on their symptoms. I walk alongside of the people I work with in order to help them accomplish the goals they have set for themselves. I believe it's important for the people I do therapy with to understand both what they are feeling and why they are feeling the way do. I strive to give the people I work with a skill set they can take with them for the rest of their lives. I work hard to make sure everyone I work with feels seen and heard.

I met Sherri when I was going through the toughest phase of my life. I was on bed in a dark room, I couldn’t get off the bed, open my windows, eat or sleep properly. From that day to today when I feel like myself again - I am amazed by how far I’ve come, and this credit goes to Sherri! Living alone in a different country without family and facing such challenges was hard. But having a person to talk to, who understands you and who is professional helps a lot!
Sherri is very genuine, kind, warm, personable. She truly cares about you and makes sure that you get through whatever you are going through. Her weekly motivational message is something I used to wait for. She sends the summary of your session and all the follow up material which will help you reach towards your goals faster.
Sherri is the most amazing therapist and friend I have come across so far and I am so thankful to cross paths with her. As a diligent, genuine therapist, Sherri earns my highest recommendation! Thank you so much Sherri!
