Ms. Morgan has been very helpful to me by just being there to listen. I have some complex issues that I am working through and simply having someone available to listen to me while I work out what I am feeling for myself, and that has been very helpful. She asks the right questions, which helps guide me through my complicated thoughts, and seems to understand what I need to hear and when I need to hear it. It's a pleasure working with her.
