I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience working with individuals and families in adult outpatient counseling clinics and in-home settings . I have extensive experience with family issues, self-esteem issues, anxiety, career challenges, and parenting problems. I have also worked successfully with clients suffering from depression, anger management problems, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders.
My job is to be curious and to help you gain more understanding of your self. My approach is to be supportive, encouraging, and non judgmental. I am here to listen and to help you explore your thoughts and feelings, and sort through whatever is on your mind. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for you to work through your challenges and concerns. Together we will look at the obstacles you are facing, and work at breaking them down.
Counseling is not a magic pill that erases all issues. It takes motivation and hard work! But if you’re up for the challenge, I’ll be there every step of the way!
