About me

I ONLY WORK (2) DAYS A WEEK - MONDAY & TUESDAY: If you need weekly appts. please look for a therapist with more availability. I do not add appts.

My motto for therapy work:
I believe that each person is on a unique journey. Each person has their own story and when life becomes overwhelming we loose sight of our path on that journey. Therapy is a collaborative effort - it is the persons' journey and the therapist is a guide. Each person has the ability to find their way within their environment to be the best they want to be. Being "stuck" or "unsure" of your path can be the catalyst to making changes that you have been afraid to make. I look forward to helping you on your personal journey.

After trying a few therapists that weren’t working for me, I was matched with Sheryl and she is brilliant. If you want to change things in your perspective and in your life, this is the therapist who will guide you through to your truths. I really appreciate her!

Since I entered the BetterHelp I changed a couple of therapists to find a good one for myself, I almost quit when I matched with Sheryl Winkle. She is good at touching the essential points and connecting the dots well. I am not comfortable talking about myself but I was comfortable with her by how she approached my points. She comforts you even if the topic is so difficult for you to explain and you start to look at the problems in different ways and expand your awareness. She is timely replies and insight. It is not easy to find a welcoming and empathetic therapist like her.
