My motto for therapy work:
I believe that each person is on a unique journey. Each person has their own story and when life becomes overwhelming we loose sight of our path on that journey. Therapy is a collaborative effort - it is the persons' journey and the therapist is a guide. Each person has the ability to find their way within their environment to be the best they want to be. Being "stuck" or "unsure" of your path can be the catalyst to making changes that you have been afraid to make. I look forward to helping you on your personal journey.
FYI: I have received notes requesting adding times/days. The schedule is set - if you don't see a timeslot that works, please look at the other therapist. Time will not be added.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sheryl Winkler. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Sheryl is intelligent, experienced and really gets me! I love her approach, her questions and her insight! She is a breath of fresh air! Exactly what I was hoping for and more!
Sheryl Winkler is a great example of an outstanding therapist. Her counseling style includes helping you identify the root of the problems you face and guiding you to find realistic solutions so that you can live with contentment. She responds to messages in a timely manner and provides resources to aid in the journey of understanding your emotions and processing them in a healthy manner. She has never rushed any of our meetings and still finds a way to provide a plethora of information in what feels like the perfect amount of time. It’s clear that her experience has taught her a lot, and I am grateful to have been paired with her.
