I love Shonna because she's not afraid to call me out and make me mad, but always with a purpose.

Shonna Robert’s has been incredibly helpful in the time I’ve worked with her. I have a high level of depression and anxiety and she gives me techniques and helps me focus on my own goals for growth and management. I’m very glad to have her as my therapist because she understands me when I’m having trouble conveying all my thoughts.
