I have already referred a few people because this has helped me and it’s not so pricey I wasn’t able to afford normal counseling face to face because it cost so much so I wasn’t able to fix the problems that I really needed help with.

I was tentative about trying therapy but I am thankful for Shylah and BetterHelp for proving otherwise. I struggle with anxiety, and Shylah is there to validate those stressful feelings and help me understand them so that I can move forward with my day and with my life.

I have been working with Shylah for two weeks or so and she has been really attentive with addressing my mental health. She offers great feedback and really listens to all of my concerns. I feel confident in her abilities to assist me along my path of self healing.
