Siduk (Sidu) Arroyo-Boulter, LPC
I envision that something in your life is causing you pain and has brought you here. I honor your courage in taking steps to get help.
Hello, I am Sidu Arroyo-Boulter. I am a licensed professional counselor in Austin, TX. I work with individuals to support the treatment of anxiety, relational issues, life transitions, and navigating parenthood. My style is welcoming, collaborative, presence-centered, and non-directive. I work within multiple frameworks, including psychodynamic, attachment theory, body-based therapies, and mindfulness. I consider each of these modalities through a trauma-informed lens.
Seeing the limited support and education in the community regarding the care for new parents, I pursued advanced training in perinatal mental health.
I speak English and Spanish and am sensitive to the issues of diversity as I have experience working with a wide range of clients from different backgrounds. Navigating life's challenges doesn't have to be done alone. I look forward to working with you.
Additional areas of focus: Trauma and abuse, Grief, Coping with life changes, Blended Family Issues, Caregiver Issues and Stress, Codependency, Family of Origin Issues, Family Problems, Fatherhood Issues, Fertility Issues, Jealousy, Multicultural Concerns, Postpartum Depression, Pregnancy and Childbirth, Young Adult Issues

Every session has been helpful from the very start. She creates a safe space to say how you feel and gives great insight and advice on how to tackle everyday struggles. Each time I walk away from a session I gain a better understanding of myself and it makes all the difference.
