About me
Self doubt?
Is my marriage headed in the right direction?
Why do I keep picking the same relationships?
How do I balance work, family and still remember who I am?
Have I gotten lost in the shuffle of life?
Parental stressors?
If some of these statements resonate with you or have been questions that you have considered but not sure how to proceed, lets chat.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist my goal is to work with individuals, couples and blended families to offer a safe, non-judgmental space for healing to begin. Therapy is a big step for some and I offer a comfortable, non-judgmental, culturally sensitive atmosphere as each client has their own unique story. I got into this field because I have first hand knowledge of some of the struggles we encounter. Whether its low-self esteem, depression, parental issues, questioning your career as a female professional, learning the dynamics of marriage or trying to juggle the unspoken rules of a blended family, we can develop a plan specifically designed for your growth and healing. Everyone walks through life with a different story and my job is to meet you exactly where you are.

So.. this was my first time ever doing therapy.. she is AMAZING. She’s great at understand different cultures and backgrounds, I really was able to look at a different side when she pointed it out, instead of being stuck seeing things the way I saw them! Siedah is my first therapist in 6 years, and I have had an amazing experience with her in years after being very against them. I had my first video session today and it went very well. I am very pleased with my experience with her so far, and I’m excited to see what the future holds while she helps me navigate through some difficult past experiences and trauma.
