Hello! My name is Solveig Kristina Frivold. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and National Certified Counselor. I am licensed in Washington State. I have 5 years of clinical experience. I have been working in a cross-cultural setting in Asia since 2018. I have experience in marriage/family/parenting counseling, relationship issues, trauma, transition, cross-cultural issues, anxiety, and depression. I have worked with clients from North and South America, Europe, and Asia. I have worked with individual clients of all ages, couples, and families.
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR. However, I use an eclectic approach according to your needs. With compassion and honesty, I will help you to work through issues while identifying your inner strengths to be a happier and healthier version of you.
