I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in South Florida, I have been working in a therapeutic setting for over 8 years, 4 of them being clinically. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including substance abuse challenges, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, maternal or paternal challenges, parenting challenges, and more. I also have helped individuals who have experienced many types of trauma, or who are navigating through grief and loss.
My counseling style is warm and non-judgmental, I believe in starting where you are. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, attachment based therapy, solution focused, mindfulness techniques, and strength based approaches. I will create your treatment plan to meet your specific needs, and it is important that you are part of the planning.
