About me

Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, having graduated with a MS degree in 2008 from John Brown University with a dual track of Marriage & Family Therapy and Community Counseling. I have worked in the mental health field since 2009 and have treated clients who were couples, children, and single adults ranging in ages from 6-70. My therapeutic interventions primarily are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transgenerational Family Therapy, Solution Focused, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Dependent upon the goal of the client I will develop a treatment plan in concert with the client utilizing various aspects of the aforementioned therapies. My overarching goal is to help navigate each client to being the architect of their own solution(s).
