About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Texas with over 15 years of providing expert-level therapy to individuals from various cultural/socio-economic backgrounds and age groups. I have worked with a wide number of clients on a vast range of issues from parenting problems, family struggles, blended family issues, relationship issues, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, mid-life issues, career challenges, and various other mental health needs.

My approach combines Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe in meeting the client where they currently are and utilizing a method that supports the client's current needs. I have been a dedicated and compassionate advocate for clients with moderate to advanced therapy needs for several years and try to approach each client with compassion and respect.

Stace is friendly, helpful, and supportive. She’s a good listener and provides a lot of factual based information for anxiety and depression. She also checks in regularly and provides helpful tools for managing stress. I really appreciate her as a therapist.
