I am currently working in service for those seeking a life of presence, authenticity, and peace for the young adult and adult population. I aim to be a trusted advocate for your existing inner wisdom and strength. However, at times we feel stuck, confused, and in need of more support, resources, or more applicable coping skills.
I am a good fit for those clients struggling with gender identity/sexuality or trouble “fitting in”, young adults (Millennials), those coming out later in life, life transitions in midlife, adult ADD/ADHD, women issues, the highly sensitive person (empath), adult children of addicts/alcoholics, those active in 12-Step, spiritual seekers/existential crisis, compassion fatigue/”wounded healers”, professional counselors seeking consultation, and creatives seeking professional direction.
My specialties are in working with depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, life transitions, grief/loss, the highly sensitive individual (empath), adult children of addicts, LGBTQ related issues, and spirituality for the young adult, and adult populations.
My life’s passion is the integration of personal growth, art, spirituality, and wellness into my practice. The work I do utilizes embodied practices of EFT, positive psychology, body awareness, and mindfulness meditation in conjunction with Solution Focused and Humanistic psychology.
I am a fully licensed professional counselor and 2005 Argosy University graduate with a master’s degree in counseling psychology and an undergraduate degree in Fine Art and Illustration at the Fashion Institute of Technology in 1993. I am also a Master level Reiki practitioner and the founder of a multidisciplinary creative healing arts studio as a spiritual life coach and expressive arts educator who uses mindfulness meditation practices to aid personal growth and transformation.

She helped me pinpoint some of my problems. I have been to many therapists locally and none of them worked for me. Stacey is wonderful. She takes the time. She doesn't just try and give you meds, she tries to find other options first. It's like a breath of fresh air.
Stacey is the BEST! She's intuitive and supportive. She is a good mix of listening, supporting, and practical advice. Can't imagine not having her around now!
Stacey is awesome, supportive and helpful. I like knowing I can reach out to her and be received with warmth and compassionate encouragement. We "speak the same language" and I am glad she is my counselor.
Stacey is and has been an amazing counselor. She is extremely open minded, friendly, down to earth, wise and speaks to me like the friend I never had. She always helps me see things from a different perspective and I always leave my sessions with her feeling relaxed, refocused, and ready to take on the world again. She is an absolute blessing.
I love the flexibility and professional yet caring insight that Stacey provides.
Stacey listens and is very understanding and helpful.
Stacey has been an extremely supportive and helpful in these early stages of our relationship. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to gain some perspective and clarity in their life. Thank you.
I’ve been working with Ms. Stacey for about a month now and if you want someone who is truly accepting, an amazing listener and someone who doesn’t judge you, she is the one for you! She is also incredibly knowledgeable. I have experienced a few therapists and she’s the best I’ve had. I leave each session feeling refreshed and anew.
She is a wonderful listener and really knows her job.
Stacey is an excellent counselor, and has done an amazing job of helping me with transformative issues in my life. She makes herself readily available, and does an excellent job of tailoring her skillset to her clients. Thanks Stacey!
