Staci Buford, LMFT
About me
I'm Staci! A Nashville native, and have been practicing on Music Row for 4 years. I work with adolescents and adults on the following issues: stress and anxiety management, relational and social health issues, self-connection and self-acceptance issues, family of origin, attachment issues, and general self-development and skills building.
My work is shaped by the belief that human connection is biologically imperative. My goal is to help you connect with yourself so you can build deep, fulfilling, lasting relationships with others. I have a holistic approach to healing, advocating that mental, physical, spiritual, and relational health are the keys to optimal well-being.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and attachment-informed. We work from the belief that you are inherently driven toward growth, healing, health, and connection. Using an attachment lens, we explore relational bonds and interactions that shape your daily interactions and motivations. My role as your empathetic other is to hold space and collaborate with you on your healing journey. Therapy is an invaluable tool for self-exploration, self-development, and self-connection. I am here to help you connect!
I am passionate about all things health and fitness. In my spare time, I am teaching fitness classes, journaling, engaging in social connection with friends and family, and reading up on how I can best support my clients! I love the work that I get to do – it is a privilege to help and heal.
