About Me

Welcome! I'm a licensed therapist in the state of Washington, and I love getting to join people on the journey of living out their particular life stories. I see myself as an editor working with you as the masterful author, where we get to collaborate to know your story in new ways, write in the changes you want, and even create story-lines that weren't possible before.

I believe listening is one of the most powerful tools to bring about healing and change, where we can literally change our brains when we feel heard by another. I've had the privilege of listening as a profession for the past five years, where I've seen the fruit of that reality over and over again. As an abuse survivor, I've also experienced that immense healing and growth as I've been the client in therapy myself.

I use a blend of theories and therapies to help facilitate our work together, which allows me to tailor what will be most helpful for your situation, hopes, and goals. I've found that this approach also allows me to work with you holistically--to help you as a physical, emotional, social, and spiritual being. As we work together, I may borrow from psychodynamic and attachment theories, as well as narrative, cognitive behavioral, existential, psychoanalytic, family systems, interpersonal, and somatic therapies.

It would be a joy to put my experience to work on your behalf, and to partner with you in this season of your life, whatever that may hold.

Stacie has been fantastic. She's helping me work through some very deep-seated issues that I've been facing since childhood. She's empathetic and a great listener and has helped me uncover some things that have really helped with my healing.
