About me

Greetings. You’ve taken an important step in reaching out for help, and I’m glad to be here for you. Whether it’s something immediate, or long term; in your personal or professional life, I am ready to partner with you.

Problems at home or at work can feel overwhelming. Having someone to share your thoughts and bounce your ideas off of can be helpful and productive. If you are wondering where your place is when life has become complicated, filled with grief, loss or shame, or has simply stopped making sense, consider sharing this with me and we’ll sort it out together.

In addition to my Master of Social Work degree (and license), I have extensive post-graduate training in substance abuse assessment and treatment, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Jungian -based mindfulness techniques and narrative-based approaches. I have more than 25 years of experience working in direct individual and group practice, in law enforcement and forensic settings, Dependency and Family Law Court, and with military personnel.

I am inclined to work with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds. I believe in open, honest, and affirming language, behavior and clinical focus. If you wish to engage with the therapeutic process and are willing to accept our role together in this relationship, then I remain enthusiastically ready to help. I would also like to add that I believe in this practice and attend to my own psychological health thru therapy as well.

Whether it be thru traditional therapy, coaching or consultation, I remain open to whatever you need. I am completely comfortable with providing services via video conferencing, phone, text messaging or email.

Don’t wait any longer wondering if you can feel better about your life. Let’s get started on it together.
