Stella is so supportive and so committed to everything I have to say. She listens to me and help me to organize my thoughts in a way that everything makes sense. She is the best therapist!! I appreciate her vey much!!!
I have been working with Stella for a couple weeks now. Since starting with her my anxiety has decreased. I feel seen and heard. She provides me with great science based resources that help me to better understand myself. She is compasssionate and caring.
Stella has allowed me space to express my feelings and thoughts, without judgement. She has taken the time to listen to me and my struggles, and finds different ways to help me cope and grow. She offers not only her own advice and prompts, but also provides resources to help me further. Stella is very kind and compassionate, and has already helped me find the path to a better and healthier me! I appreciate Stella and all her hard work to help me and others like me.
I started working with Stella recently and it has truly made a world of difference in my life. She is patient with me and understands not only what I need help with but also how to best help me. She has given me the tools I've asked for and has tailored my self-help journey to my specific needs. She has given me the space I need to process things and has guided my understanding in a productive way.
I had written off counseling for a long time but I can say that I am so very grateful for making the decision to get help. BetterHelp assigned me a counselor the day after I signed up and filled out the brief intake about my counseling preferences. They allow your counselor to meet you where you are. I opted for messaging rather than phone calls or meetings because my schedule is a little hectic and because I didn't want to have a set meeting time. I like the flexibility I have with Stella. She responds quickly and exactly the way I need her to (she responds directly to what I say and will ask questions that challenge me to process through what I'm going through). She also sends me tools that I need without me asking for them (I had told her early on what I wanted to work on and generally how I wanted to get to where I wanted to be and she tailored the resources she gave me to my requests).
I would recommend BetterHelp and Stella to anyone. The service makes it easy to get help and Stella is a great counselor. I can tell she truly wants to help me and that has made a huge, positive difference in my life.
Stella has been an amazing support for me
She is great. Checks in with me more than twice. And I appreciate the information that she sends me such as books, and different ways to get back on track.
She has been such a blessing - bringing clarity and peace to so much of my anxiety and worry. Can't begin to thank her enough for all she's done and continues to do throughout this time.
She has been very helpful! I started to notice a shift in the right direction within about a day or 2 with her, I’m already starting to feel a little better every week. Looking forward to continuing on with her.
