Stephanie has been a wonderful help but I am going to discontinue counseling at this time. Stephanie helped clarify some things and get me to a place of right-focus. My support system has expanded and I am out of crisis. I was certainly resume counseling with Stephanie, if I feel a need to. Thanks very much.

Stephanie has been so helpful in the past couple of months, given me someone to confide in and work with towards my goals. She is very kind, thoughtful, and receptive to the ways that I need support and would best grow. I can not thank her enough for opening my eyes to the great big world out there when I was stuck in the mindset of a small one.

I was feeling hesitant about my first couple sessions, but 3rd time is the charm! Stephanie has been listening and gathering information, so she can make an informed plan for how to handle my mental health. She said exactly what I needed to hear to kickstart my journey towards better mental health. I owe her big time!

My counsellor has been so helpful she encourages me to keep her updated when there are hard situations going on she encourages me to write in the journal area and all of which helps. It definitely makes you feel like your not alone in your journey.

Stephanie is absolutely incredible. In just the first session I knew working with her was going to be a game changer. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a safe space so quickly and she has given me actionable tasks to help improve my day to day life and overall well being. She has so much experience in so many niche areas and just effortlessly made me feel understood. I actually look forward to therapy sessions with her!

Stephanie is a very kind and understanding therapist, I struggled with drug addiction issues ,
Stephanie was very realistic about my situation did not bullshit me at all , And I respected her for that, we are coming up with goals that I need to achieve, we are coming up with a game plan to help me continue to stay sober and out of that seemingly hopeless miserable disease for so many years, I highly recommend Stephanie as a counselor for someone that suffers with drug addiction or alcoholism, I have had several therapist/counselors over the years, not one of those previous therapist/counselors were as considerate and helpful as Stephanie
