Her specialties include clinical depression/anxiety, stress, anger management, trauma & abuse, mood disorders, and addiction/substance abuse services. To ensure that therapy is tailored to the needs of the client, Stephanie utilizes tools and techniques from a variety of theoretical modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Client-Centered Therapy & Solution-Focused aproaches. Stephanie also counsels individually with adults who are experiencing life transitions, medical conditions, grief and loss, workplace conflict and relational problems.

It is not uncommon for individual's lives to unravel after experiencing trauma or severe life stressors. Stephanie's passion is to serve those in need and facilitate the healing process by helping each individual improve their lives through education, insight and change. Stephanie is eager to apply her experience and compassion with clients as they begin to address issues that will help them to improve their quality of life and attain a sense of fulfillment. Stephanie works in an extremely relaxed, informal manner that is collaborative in nature. You will find that the therapy sessions would resemble a warm conversation where each client can find a safe place to freely laugh, cry, or express anger as one needs. It would be my pleasure to assist you in unlocking your personal potential.

"I can feel guilty about the past, apprehensive about the future, but only in the present can I act. The ability to be in the present moment is a major component of mental wellness." -Abraham Maslow

"Accept...then act. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you have chosen it. Always work with it, not against it. This will miraculously transform your whole life." - Eckhart Tolle
