Stephanie is amazing. I like the way she makes me look at my situation. She never judges me. She has helped me a lot. This is the first time I go to counseling so I was a bit uneasy but she has made it easy to talk and is very helpful.

Working with Stephanie has been great. She brings a lot of joy and understanding to every session and does a great job balancing listening and guiding thought patterns alongside tangible action steps and appropriate challenges. I'm very grateful for our time working together.

Stephanie has been so great so far. She is already making a huge difference in my daily life just by responding to the journal entries I send her. Typically with a face-to-face counselor you can only talk to them when you see them, but Stephanie goes out of her way to respond to me when I need it.

I have been in therapy with Stephanie since January and I can say that my anxiety has gone from 100 to 0. I have discovered so many things about myself that I didn’t know. I have grown in both mental and emotional intelligence. I’m thankful for Stephanie.

Stephanie is great at getting me to self reflect and think about what works best for me. She offers suggestions and allows me to work at my own pace on what I need to reduce my anxiety and depression. She is very kind and understanding. I like that I can tell she really cares. The worksheets and our sessions have really helped me become more self aware and purposeful with my actions and thoughts.

Stephanie is amazing! When I talk with her I feel as though I am talking to a friend who genuinely wants me to do better in life. She not only gives encouragement me throughout our weekly meetings, but also during the week! She sends uplifting messages reminding me of the goals we set for me. Stephanie is also cool because she will actually participate in goals with you. She is the true embodiment of you are not in this alone.
