My passion is empowering individuals to achieve overall life fitness, not just mental health. I believe each of us has the power within ourselves to transform our lives by reconnecting to our bodies and our own inner wisdom to effectively manage stress, anxiety, depression, as well as, addictive patterns and behavior. By increasing self awareness, acceptance, and identifying self-defeating beliefs, individuals can overcome concerns related to emotional management, grief, self-esteem, negative self/body image, disordered eating, and relationship issues.
To facilitate this transformation process, I utilize CBT, Solution-Focused, & Yoga Psychology practices (mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, etc.), depending on the client's preferences & needs. I specialize in guiding individuals to curate their own unique self-care practice that supports mental, emotional, and physical balance and wellness. I provide a safe container for my clients to transmute their pain into their blessing and to let go of suffering. My philosophy has always been "If I'm not working myself out of a job, I'm not doing my job."
