I was very hesitant about therapy before this. Now, I am confident in her ability to help and guide me, and appreciate her input. Her attempts to relate to my struggle and the stories she shares have made it easy to trust and feel comfortable with her.

I feel that she always addresses my main concerns. She is personable and makes therapy a positive and safe environment. I really appreciate what she has done for me so far.

This was my first experience with counseling through Telehealth and I wasn't sure what to expect. It turned out to be a great and helpful experience because Stephanie was so great at connecting with me. I felt like she really heard me and was able to pinpoint the things that I struggled to explain. She gave me actual work to do rather than just talk everything out. I had 8 sessions with her and felt a real shift during that time. I would recommend her to my friends! Thank you!
