About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with over ten years of experience working as a psychotherapist and Clinical Director. My vast background includes working with individuals suffering from the disease of addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, Bi-Polar disorder, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, eating disorders, and couples issues. I also have significant experience working with victims of domestic violence. My clients have ranged in their demographics including ages from adolescents to older adults and various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

I adopt an eclectic approach to therapy which allows me to meet individuals where they are, and approach them in a nurturing and empathetic manner. This in turn helps to foster a feeling of safety, without judgement which creates a space to do the work necessary toward healing and fulfillment. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, running, hiking, traveling and spending time with my three sons, family, and friends. I look forward to working with you !!

Stephanie Menta has been of great help and support for me with overcoming PTSD. I still have a long ways to go but I’m looking forward to the journey ahead and to heal. She’s been really accommodating and would recommend anyone who is struggling with PTSD to work with her.

All I have to say is that a single session helped more than any conversations I’ve had with any of my friends or family. The cost to value ratio is ridiculously good, and they actually care and want to help. I’ve tried other services and BetterHelp is the only one that seemed like they ACTUALLY care. Nuff said.
