I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with over ten years of experience working as a psychotherapist and Clinical Director. My vast background includes working with individuals suffering from the disease of addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, Bi-Polar disorder, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, eating disorders, and couples issues. I also have significant experience working with victims of domestic violence. My clients have ranged in their demographics including ages from adolescents to older adults and various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
I adopt an eclectic approach to therapy which allows me to meet individuals where they are, and approach them in a nurturing and empathetic manner. This in turn helps to foster a feeling of safety, without judgement which creates a space to do the work necessary toward healing and fulfillment. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, running, hiking, traveling and spending time with my three sons, family, and friends. I look forward to working with you !!

Stephanie has always made me feel safe and supported. She knows what tools would suit my needs and has helped me a lot in the time I have spent with her. :)
I've only gotten to speak to her once but I really liked her so far
Stephanie is an amazing person to work with. She has been very helpful in working with me to develop tools that I can use in my everyday life. She is understanding and makes me feel incredibly supported.
Stephanie Menta has been of great help and support for me with overcoming PTSD. I still have a long ways to go but I’m looking forward to the journey ahead and to heal. She’s been really accommodating and would recommend anyone who is struggling with PTSD to work with her.
All I have to say is that a single session helped more than any conversations I’ve had with any of my friends or family. The cost to value ratio is ridiculously good, and they actually care and want to help. I’ve tried other services and BetterHelp is the only one that seemed like they ACTUALLY care. Nuff said.
Stephanie is extremely compassionate and engaging. I have really enjoyed our work together so far.
Stephanie Menta is the best therapist I've ever had.
I feel so lucky to have found such a great counselor! Stephanie is very attentive, understanding and professional!
Stephanie has been very accommodating so far. She understands my goals and listens to my concerns. Looking forward to seeing what progress I make in the next few weeks.

She has been incredibly accommodating to my schedule, always making me feel considered and valued. I am so grateful to have had Stephanie's help and would highly recommend her.
Stephanie is really good at listening. She never judges anything, just listens and encourages to the positive. Just speaking with her for so little, I find easy to trust in her. She has a lot of experience. I really recommend her.
Stephanie has been very supportive. I feel very comfortable speaking and sharing. I feel she has my best interest at heart. She has given me homework that has helped and I will carry with me. I truly appreciate her help.
