I am a Licensed Professional Counselor & Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of CT with 18 years of experience in the mental health field. This has been through my work providing individual, family, couples and group therapy with the adult population in both a clinic and a private practice setting. My style of counseling is non-judgmental, compassionate and providing an open and therapeutic one. My counseling approach is solution focused, strength based, cognitive behavioral and client centered therapy.

I also enjoy spending time with my family & friends, swimming, yoga, listening to all types of music and enjoy watching the latest Netflix shows/movies.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Stephanie Noto. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Only a few sessions, but a great listener, understanding, and down to earth person with a good grasp on life. I feel like I am talking to a relatable human being with a lot of wisdom to share, not some distant therapist “sitting” across from me, analyzing my every word. She really cares about the people she works with, and will always try to let you know why she is rescheduling if she has to. 5 stars

Stephanie has always been honest, kind and supportive towards me. I don’t know where I’d be without her. Thank you Stephanie :)

She’s sweet and understanding, but gives the same advice a far friend can give. What I was looking for was some direction and honest feedback about me personally, and not tips and advices about things already do regularly.

I love working with Stephanie. She flexes her schedule to accomodate. She acknowledges and responds to written messages in a timely manner, always listens and when necessary puts things in perspective by offering simple solutions/options. I also like the feeling that she is "always there".

I met Stephanie when I was going through a tough time in my life. She helped me by keeping me on track and helping me move forward though all of life's ups and downs. She was caring, compassionate, and always willing to listen. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
