Feeling heard and validated are keys for me when it comes to therapy, but even more than that, to have someone who can be compassionate and encouraging, who doesn’t enable because the truth and clients well being matters enough to shine light on the hard realities we may be faced with. I can tell serving others with grace and guidance is not only her passion but her gift.
