About me

In a world full of choices you have the ability to hand select a therapist that is perfect for your situation and your individual needs. I feel that the relationship between the therapist and the client is vital for a successful outcome; especially, when working through hard situations. My goal is to provide an environment of healing and wellness where you feel safe to express your concerns, innermost feelings, and share your thoughts when facing your toughest days. Everyone needs someone to listen and provide guidance when facing giants.

I work with adolescents and adults with a wide variety of issues including depression, ADHD, and trauma. I work well with clients who are in alternative relationships or live an alternative lifestyle. I am also certified through the Infidelity Research Institute and I work to help couples experiencing infidelity in their relationship overcome the trauma and begin a new, healthy marriage together.

She is a very effective counselor where she gives you goals for the session and for the week. The sessions are short but I’m sure it’s because she is busy and she checks up on you during the week if you don’t message her first. It is unexpected how frank she is and I enjoy it because other therapists that you may see in person are very quiet and only ask questions, while Ms. Sigler gives you her response almost immediately if you have any concerns.
She’s a great counselor but very straightforward and goal oriented.
