Stephanie Spina, LICSW
About me
Hello, my name is Stephanie Spina, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work at Springfield College School of Social Work. I have over 6 years of experience counseling individuals and groups in a school setting as well as a community based mental health clinic. I have worked with individuals on a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, grief, and coping with life changes.
I enjoy helping individuals find the motivation to make life changes, set attainable goals, and add meaning to their lives. The therapeutic relationship is very important to me, and at the core of my work. I create a safe and comfortable space in which individuals can freely express their feelings and work towards their goals. In my practice, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Ego Strengthening, and Mindfulness.
I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you!
