I have been a client of Stephanie’s for over 2 years now and I am so glad that I took the leap to join BH and have her as my therapist. She has helped me to gain confidence and to build on my knowledge of mental health.

Stephanie is great. I’ve recommended friends try to sign up for her to be their therapist when they needed help. She is extremely caring and invested in me and my success. She listens to my goals and lets me set the pace for what I want to work on, while also suggesting what could be important to work on and keeping track of the random things I’ve brought up and been like “but we’ll talk about that another time”. She holds me accountable and is the voice of reason when I need it. All around solid human-being and great therapist.

stephanie is a really great listener, she’s understanding and makes sure to give you the advice you you need. you don’t feel judged not one bit and can have open conversations. she also makes you feel great about your accomplishments no matter how big or small. i would highly recommend her to a friend.

You should share it with her. I'm a difficult patient, or it feels that way. She is prompt even though I message her mostly in the late hours. She never gets frustrated with my snark or stubbornness. She's just a nice person. I've canceled every video session I ever scheduled and she doesn't shame me at all about it. I'm new to therapy and its sort of like texting a friend. A friend I pay to listen to me complain about my life that isn't that difficult comparatively. I mean she helps people with real problems. But she also helps me with my menial ones. I'm a fan.
