About me

Hello,
I have worked as a counselor for over 15 years and have experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds, struggling with various challenges. Much of my experience has been working with people struggling with anxiety and depression, trauma, OCD and addictions. The individuals with whom I worked have found me to be empathetic, nonjudgmental, and direct. I do my best to help you face your struggles and gain insight into yourself in a manner that helps forge a connection. My hope is to help you begin to view yourself as valuable, worthy, and self-accepting so you can forge the ability to create your own happiness.
