Stephen helped me realize the root causes of my behaviors and of my condition. I was worried when I first joined BetterHelp that I might not be clear enough to understand however Stephen is the only one who truly understood my condition, provided a deep explanation that made things clear to me, and gave me solutions on being better.. Within the first week of counseling with Stephen I was able to do better, there were ups & downs in my own life but because of his guidance I was able to take things step by step slowly into getting better and I remind myself everyday on what he guided me to do and our conversations. He has a unique style and approach which makes you feel at peace and that everything is going to be okay. It is with his guidance that I was able to truly understand the real roots and truth behind my condition and move on to a healing journey for a better life. Thank you Stephen & BetterHelp. :)

Stephen is a great counselor. He explains concepts in a very clear and calm way. In the conversations we’ve had, I feel I’ve been able to understand how I can start to improve. Changing things we’ve lived with for so long takes time, but it’s doable with the right counselor there to guide us.

Stephen is the most kind, knowledgeable and engaging therapist that I've ever spoken to. Within a few months, he's helped me to improve my quality of life and achieve my goals for a happier life. I felt supported throughout the whole process and I appreciate the suggestions given by him. If you're considering a therapist that is both a great listener but also able to guide you to achieve your goals, definitely match with Stephen.

Stephon is a great counselor. Very responsive and punctual. I feel comfortable sharing and exploring my mind. While he helps me with someone I can talk to and find solutions.
