About me

Do you struggle to be alone with your thoughts? Do you feel unable to contain your anxiety, self-doubt, or difficult memories? Does it effect your family, friendships, work, school, or love life? Do you struggle with your emotions--feeling like they are too powerful or too muted? Or don't feel satisfied in your life as it is?

I believe strongly in your ability to overcome and grow to meet these challenges. As a clinical psychologist, I use many tools--including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy--to help you build resilience and discover resources you may not have realized you had or build entirely new ones. I help people overcome problems with imposter syndrome, self-esteem and self doubt, come to peace with difficult memories, manage worry and anxiety, feel empowered to thrive despite health issues, and learn the skills to compensate for concentration issues or ADHD. Sometimes, life also entails hardships without solutions. When that happens, I create an environment of genuineness, empathy, and safety where it may be possible to find peace, transformation, and meaning through acceptance of these challenges.

To achieve these ends, our counseling can take many different paths. For some, a careful and thoughtful exploration of the past may bring new clarity to your current life. For others, developing coping strategies may provide the skills necessary to improve functioning and well-being. I have worked and trained in the mental health field for over a decade in a wide variety of settings. I have experience working with all ages and training in numerous techniques so we can customize our therapy to work for you. If this sounds like a good fit, please click the WORK WITH ME button now. I look forward to working together to take on life’s challenges!

Dr Reynolds is a sage. This man understands me, listens to me, and can give me clear actionable suggestions that I have used to improve my life. His approach with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has introduced me to a new view of life that I have made my own. Highly recommend Dr. Reynolds to anyone that may come across him. I’ve introduced multiple friends to this platform solely based off the positive experiences and growth I’ve had with Dr. Reynolds.

Dr. Reynolds is an extremely sweet and compassionate professional who really cares about informing his treatment with the best approaches while also considering client needs. I’ve struggled to build rapport with therapists in the past but I felt very comfortable around Dr. Reynolds quickly. He takes the time to really listen and understand before responding, and often even acknowledges if he may not get things right. He cares about addressing each issue while still keeping in mind how to prioritize certain ones while grazing over others. I’m extremely thankful for our sessions as they keep me really grounded and have me think inwardly about myself and also allow me to feel really validated!
