Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the Sate of Utah and love helping people. My number one goal is to help clients prosper and to find emotional strength within themselves. Mental health is a journey not a destination and I find the greatest joy as a counselor taking that journey to peace and fulfillment with them.
I am primarily a Solution Focused Therapist but have also worked in settings where DBT, and trauma informed care were more appropriate for my clients. No matter the modality and techniques, the relationship will always be the center of our relationship.
